Loretto Commerce is a trading name of V3K International Pty Ltd, an Australian-registered company (ABN 26 618 512 600) importing and wholesaling home décor, kitchenware, lighting, furniture, hardware and seasonal goods.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and availability on this website are accurate. However, product colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown, and availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a pricing or listing error is identified, or if we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, including stock availability.
Payment must be received in full (or as otherwise agreed for approved wholesale accounts) before an order is dispatched. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details.
Shipping, delivery and returns are governed by our Returns & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
