1. What personal information we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and may include:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, postal and delivery address.
• Order and transaction information — products purchased, order value, order history, and (where processed through a third-party payment provider) limited payment confirmation details. We do not directly store full payment card numbers.
• Account and enquiry information — details you provide when contacting us, requesting a wholesale account, or subscribing to communications.
• Marketplace order data — where you purchase through a third-party marketplace (such as Kogan or a Shopify-powered store), we receive order and delivery information from that marketplace in order to fulfil your order.
• Technical and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring pages, collected automatically through standard web server logs and analytics tools.

2. How we collect personal information

We collect personal information directly from you when you make an enquiry, place an order, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us. Where you purchase through a third-party marketplace, we receive relevant order information from that marketplace as part of order fulfilment. We may also collect technical information automatically through our website and analytics tools.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• process and fulfil orders, including arranging delivery;

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Overseas disclosure

As part of our sourcing operations we work with suppliers and a sourcing office located overseas, and we may use IT and hosting service providers whose servers are located outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that recipient handles personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent practicable.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes restricting access to personal information to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their role, and using reputable third-party providers for payment processing and hosting.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
